Products & services

Solar, security and privacy window film

Choose film for heat and glare reduction, glass protection or privacy. Each service is available separately. We check your glazing and project requirements before specifying a product.

Heat, glare & UV control

Solar control film

Reduce solar heat, glare and UV exposure through existing windows. Clear-view, tinted and reflective products are specified to suit the glazing and lighting requirements.

Solar film options and specifications

Glass retention & forced-entry resistance

Security film & door fortification

Security film helps retain broken glass and delay forced entry. Locks and door-fortification hardware reinforce existing doors. The specification depends on the glass, frames and hardware.

Commercial security options

Visual privacy

Privacy & frosted film

Obscure views through office partitions, meeting rooms and storefront glass. Choose full-pane frosting or partial coverage. Privacy film is available as a standalone installation.

Privacy film options and specifications

Commercial applications

Window film for businesses and managed properties

The starting point is the affected glass and the people using the space. Identify the heat, glare, privacy or security requirement, then agree on the product, coverage and appearance with the person responsible for the property.

Offices & professional spaces

Reduce heat and screen glare near exterior windows. Add frosted film to meeting rooms, office partitions and areas that need visual privacy.

Retail & showrooms

Reduce solar heat and UV exposure through storefront and showroom glass, including vehicle dealerships. Specify security film separately where break-and-enter resistance is required.

Restaurants & cafés

Reduce heat and glare in dining areas. Use full or partial frosting where tables, staff areas or adjoining spaces need privacy.

Industrial & logistics properties

Assess exposed glazing in offices, reception, break rooms and other suitable areas. Identify solar heat separately from heat produced by machinery, roofs or ventilation, and preserve required sightlines.

Multifamily & condominium buildings

Plan film for lobbies, amenity rooms, management offices and approved suite projects. Coordinate window ownership, appearance requirements, occupant access and approvals with the building owner or property manager.

Property managers & multi-site operators

Specify film across multiple rooms, floors or buildings. Coordinate product selection, tenant access and installation phases with property management.

Construction & refurbishment

Review glazing specifications, drawings and finish requirements with the project team. Confirm film compatibility and coordinate installation with the construction schedule.

Commercial security

Security film, locks and door fortification

Security film helps retain broken glass and can delay forced entry. We also install locks and ARX Guard door-fortification hardware on existing doors, subject to assessment.

Security film options include 14 mil interior, 7 mil exterior and 12 mil frosted matte film. We assess the glass, frames and attachment requirements. Security upgrades add resistance; they do not guarantee prevention of a break-in.

Assessment, quotation and installation

Commercial installation process

We discuss your requirements by phone before arranging a site assessment. For larger projects, we confirm the scope across rooms, floors or multiple locations.

  1. 01 / Site assessment

    Assess the requirements and glazing

Review the areas requiring film, glass type and condition, sun exposure, privacy requirements and access. Measure the glazing and check film compatibility.

  2. 02 / Written quotation

    Confirm the product and scope

Review film samples and specifications. The quote identifies the selected film, coverage, installation scope and applicable warranty, with proposed timing.

  3. 03 / Installation

    Prepare and apply the film

Prepare the glass, apply the specified film and inspect the installation. Provide cleaning, curing and care instructions, along with the applicable product documentation.

Scheduling: Installation dates and estimated duration depend on film availability, glazing area, access equipment and building restrictions. Tell us your required completion date; we confirm the schedule before booking the work.
