These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clear Guard website at https://clearguard.ca and any forms, booking flows, or content provided through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Clear Guard is a security installation business based in Richmond Hill, ON, providing security window film, door fortification, and related services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
2. Information on the site
We try to keep product descriptions, testing references, and service-area information accurate, but the site is provided for general information only. Specific recommendations for your property require an on-site assessment. Pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings and quotes
Submitting a booking request, quote request, or contact form is an inquiry, not a contract. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm scope, pricing, and schedule in a separate written quote or work order signed by both parties. Free assessments are subject to scheduling availability and the service area we currently cover.
4. No guarantee against forced entry
Security window film, door reinforcement, and related products are designed to delay and resist forced entry. They do not guarantee that a determined intruder cannot get in. Nothing on this site or in our marketing should be read as a promise of break-in prevention or as a substitute for alarms, monitoring, insurance, or police response.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer and workmanship warranty terms are provided in writing at installation and govern any warranty claim. Marketing copy on the site is a summary only; the written warranty controls in the event of a conflict.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Submit false information through booking, quote, or contact forms.
