VLT describes visible light transmission through the tested assembly. TSER describes total solar energy rejection. Neither column is an optical-clarity score or a whole-building energy-savings forecast.

That does not automatically disqualify it. It means the exterior appearance requires an explicit review. A procurement brief may accept that characteristic, or may make lower reflectivity a priority.
Review the sample from outside as well as from the occupied room. Include the landlord or building representative when facade appearance requires their approval. Ask whether the selected area will look acceptable beside untreated glass.
